How do you film a running program so it can be uploaded to YouTube and then shown on the forum.

How do you film a running program so it can be uploaded to YouTube and then shown on the forum.

Since I'm running Windows 10 I tend to use the built-in Windows Game Recorder (run with the Windows+G hotkey). With earlier versions of Windows you'd probably need to download a screen recorder app, although I have been known to modify BB4W programs to record their own output (picture only though, no sound) as a QuickTime file! I wrote a library to help with that but I can't remember if I ever published it.

You can always point a video camera at the screen, it can be quite effective!
